At Wee Forest Folk Shop, our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. In-stock orders ship within 48 hours by USPS Priority Mail and typically arrive within 3 business days. Backorders usually arrive within 7-14 days. We currently only ship to addresses in the United States.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Standard Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for items in your cart will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100 (excludes display boxes or other large items).
Expedited next-day, 2-day, and FedEx shipping options are available for an additional fee. Expedited orders must be placed by phone (310) 375-0044.
Customer Satisfaction Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will happily exchange the item or refund your money minus a 20% restocking fee. Returns will be issued for the items only if they are returned in the original packaging. Items that are broken, chipped, stained, or other abnormal markings will not receive refunds. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Returnable items must be returned within 30 days from when your order was received and must be in resalable condition. Returns after 30 days will be refused.
Damages or Discrepancies
Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse to ensure no damages or errors are present. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if there is a discrepancy with your shipment, or if an item has been damaged. After 14 days, returns due to damages will not be accepted. Damaged items will be exchanged with an identical product only. A photo of the damaged item may be required.
Before returning an item, please call our store at (310) 375-0044 between Monday-Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM PST. Please state your name and order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and the address where to return your item. Returns without an authorization number will be refused.
